I started off my career as a Sales Representative five years ago with SPI Makati where I performed selling Satellite TV, Internet, and phone service on a everyday basis.
In that role, the major accomplishment that I'm proud of was that I was able to hit my metrics and help new clients to realize they're spending to much with their current service provider.
After a year, I went to Alorica Philippines and got hired. As a Technical Support representative where I listen then analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for voice, internet or data installation and connection issues. My major accomplishment is that I wads able to move up as floor support for other agents and for newbies. On top of that, got recognize as one of the top agents on the floor from 2017.
