Meet Gem, Systems Strategist & Digital Business Architect

Hi! I’m Gem a Certified HighLevel Specialist, systems strategist, and the founder behind PrimeGem Services. I help mental health coaches, local professionals, and small business owners streamline their client journey from lead generation all the way to onboarding using smart automation, clean design, and no-fluff strategy.

But let me back up a bit.

Before I started building out client-converting systems, I was like many entrepreneurs: juggling too many tools, losing leads in the cracks, and spending more time in the business than on it. I realized quickly that the missing link wasn’t more effort it was better systems.

That’s what led me to Go HighLevel.

Since then, I’ve helped coaches, clinics, creatives, and consultants build automated funnels, fully branded onboarding journeys, and CRM dashboards that actually work. Every setup I create is rooted in clarity, intentionality, and one big mission:
to help heart-led entrepreneurs spend less time chasing clients and more time serving them.

When I’m not building workflows or mapping funnels, you’ll find me elbow-deep in my crafting corner (I run a small printing business on the side), baking with my kids, or quietly journaling my way through a new business idea. I’m a big fan of the classics, handwritten notes, and systems that actually simplify life.

Work Terms

📌 Work Terms & Collaboration

To keep our work smooth and clear, here are my core work terms:

🕰️ Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (PH Time, GMT+8). I don’t typically respond to messages on weekends unless pre-arranged.

🗓️ Turnaround Time
Standard GHL setups take 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and how quickly you provide assets (branding, access, etc.).

💬 Communication
Email, Trello, or Messenger are preferred. Zoom calls can be scheduled for walkthroughs and key updates.

🔐 Access & Materials
You’ll need to provide:

Admin access to your Go HighLevel sub-account
Branding assets (logos, colors, etc.)
Any copy or offers you want featured

💸 Payment Terms

50% deposit to begin
50% upon final delivery
Payment via Wise, or GCash
Projects under $200 require full payment upfront

🔄 Revisions
Packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Extra edits will be billed at a flat rate or hourly, depending on scope.

🛠️ Tool Use
I specialize in Go HighLevel. I can integrate with external tools if needed, but I don’t offer full custom coding or non-GHL platform builds.
