About

I started my career at the age of 19 as a Quality Assurance staff, where I was responsible for ensuring that products met quality standards before being approved for shipment. This role helped me develop strong attention to detail and accountability.

I then transitioned into freelancing, working under a client-facing partner. My main responsibilities included research and data entry, specifically gathering accurate information about individuals and business owners. This experience strengthened my ability to work independently and handle online research tasks efficiently.

Seeking to grow in a more dynamic environment, I moved into the customer service industry, where I worked for over two years. During this time, I handled health benefits for Mondelez employees, providing support and resolving inquiries. I was later transferred to another account where I managed health benefits, payroll concerns, and travel inquiries for one of the largest U.S. airlines, Delta Airlines. I also handled back-office tasks such as updating dependent information for employee benefits.

Currently, I work as a Collection Agent at FCO Worldwide Inc., where I handle unpaid accounts, including rent and damage fees. I started as a transfer agent and was promoted within three months to a full Collection Agent, responsible for directly negotiating and collecting payments. This role enhanced my communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

I am currently working in tech company, which I handles customer service, technical support, email and chat support for Brickhouse Security. Assisting customers with there question about the GPS trackers, their service and identify the problem and resolve them.

Now, I am transitioning back into freelancing with the goal of securing a home-based position where I can continue to apply my skills in customer service, research, data entry, and collections while supporting my family’s needs.
