Work Terms
Payment: In all the projects, I can use Guru escrow as a method of payment. Unless otherwise, it is requested to pay on the completion of the project.
Refunds: I do not offer any refunds on projects as I offer up to 2 revisions completely free. Further amendment can be done at a minor charge.
Communication: I will reply to all messages within a time frame of 24 hours and update you on the project.
Time of Delivery: Schedules of project will be agreed upon in advance. I will always attempt to meet or exceed the schedule.
Confidentiality: All project information and documents will remain in high level of confidentiality.
Scope of work: Scope of work will be done as stipulated in the project brief. Any other work that is not within the scope that was agreed upon might need a new agreement.
