I have always been a problem solver at heart. My professional journey began in the technical field as a Computer Technician, where I developed a deep fascination for how systems work and how to fix them when they don't. This technical foundation has been the "secret sauce" throughout my career, allowing me to navigate software and hardware challenges with ease.

For the past seven years, I have worked in a fast-paced corporate environment, specializing in multichannel customer support (Email and Chat) and back-office operations. This experience taught me the value of clear communication, patience, and extreme attention to detail. Whether I was assisting customers with complex inquiries or managing high-volume data and medical billing tasks, my goal has always been the same: to make operations run more smoothly and keep clients happy.

Today, I am focusing my efforts on the remote work space, specifically in Operations and Store Assistance. I am a power user of Google Sheets and enjoy the process of tracking performance and optimizing workflows. I believe that my blend of technical "know-how" and professional support experience makes me a unique asset to any remote team.

Outside of work, I am constantly exploring new tools and ways to stay efficient. I’m a firm believer in continuous learning and am currently looking for a part-time role where I can contribute my skills to a growing business.

Work Terms

I am available for both part-time and full-time opportunities. I am flexible with my working hours and am comfortable adjusting my schedule to align with your team's specific time zone and project requirements.

I prefer communicating via professional channels like Slack, WhatsApp, or Email. I am also available for scheduled video or voice calls for project check-ins.

Open to both hourly rates and fixed-price projects. Payment is preferred via the platform’s secure system or as agreed upon in the contract.
