My journey started off being stuck at home during Covid19, with nothing to do, a part of surfing countless food delivery app, and one particular app attracted me in the way how it grow in complexity and keeping the user experience simple and smooth. I realise how crucial is the UX for the creation of those digital products that people have come to rely on. I become interested on learning about the field and later on I did actually join a course and gained a certificate as a specialist UX designer, which I then used to design two websites and one mobile app, and I hope to further my career in UX and one day I would like to open my own studio and simplify the transition into the field for other young UX designers.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
My regular working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. However, I am flexible and may be able to accommodate requests for work outside of these hours on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Terms:
For project-based work, I require a 50% deposit upfront to secure my services, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project. For ongoing work, I typically invoice on a monthly basis with payment due within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. I accept payments via bank transfer or online payment platforms.
Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer to communicate via email as it allows for clear documentation of our conversations and helps me to stay organized. For urgent matters, you may also reach me by phone or instant messaging. However, I ask that you respect my working hours and avoid contacting me outside of them unless it is an emergency.
Project Deadlines:
I understand that deadlines can change due to unforeseen circumstances, and I am willing to be flexible and adjust my schedule accordingly. However, I do request that any changes to the project timeline be communicated to me as soon as possible to allow for adjustments to be made. I also ask that any critical feedback be provided with enough time for me to make necessary changes to the project direction.
