As I grew into HR Executive and eventually HR Manager, I expanded my expertise into HR Operations, compliance, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle handling.
My experience in a fast-paced startup environment taught me to think fast, adapt quickly, and create systems from scratch — whether it’s developing onboarding workflows, setting up HRMS systems like Zoho People & GreytHR, or designing employee engagement frameworks. I also use modern tools like Power BI and Excel to build HR dashboards, track KPIs, and support data-backed decisions.
