I have a bachelor’s degree in Information Science and over fourteen years of experience working in various capacities under the umbrella of technology. I possess the ability to gather and translate end-user requirements into detailed specification documents, collaborate with technical developers to bring those requirements to fruition, and provide high-level and/or detailed updates to administration and stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
I have been involved in all levels of software implementation, from conversion to cut-over and post-production support. As such, I understand and appreciate the role that complete and accurate documentation plays in the success of the project. I take pride in developing documentation that is professional, comprehensive, and that meets (and often exceeds) the needs and standards of the organization.

Work Terms
Standard Terms of Payment:
20% Engagement Deposit
30% Upon Scope of Work Approval
50% Upon Completion and Delivery of Project
All payments must be made using Guru's SafePay or invoicing service.
If the project scope changes to an extent that substantially alters the terms described in any proposal, a revision to terms and/or a revised fee schedule must be agreed upon before further work proceeds.
Fees vary according to service and scope of work performed. My fees range from $45 to $200 per hour; the amount listed under Services in my profile is the minimum amount that will be considered when bidding.
