1. Project Commencement & SafePay To ensure a professional start, I require a funded SafePay milestone before beginning any work. This protects both parties and guarantees that funds are reserved for the project.

2. Accuracy & Quality Guarantee With 4 years of experience in high-stakes Medical RCM (Epic, Curate, etc.), I maintain a 99% accuracy rate.

Data Audits: For data entry projects, I perform a final quality check before delivery.

HIPAA Compliance: I follow strict data privacy protocols for all healthcare-related information.

3. Payment Structure

Hourly Projects: Billed weekly via Guru Time Tracker. Please review and approve time logs within 72 hours.

Fixed-Price Projects: Divided into clear, task-based milestones. Each milestone must be funded before work on that phase begins.

Minimum Project Budget: I generally accept projects starting at $250 to ensure high-quality, dedicated service.

4. Communication & Availability
