Hours of Operation
We operate Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Urgent tasks can be handled with prior agreement. Our team maintains prompt communication during working hours to ensure smooth workflow.
Communication Channels
All instructions and updates are preferred in written form for clarity. We communicate through Guru messages, e-mails, and WhatsApp for ongoing projects. Regular updates and scheduled check‑ins are provided as needed.
Operating Procedure
Work begins once project requirements are shared and the SafePay fund is created. For ongoing tasks, a structured workflow is established. All tasks follow defined operating procedures covering planning, data handling, reporting, and documentation.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is agreed at the start of each project based on volume and complexity. Urgent requests may be delivered sooner depending on availability.
Payment Terms
Fixed‑price quotes are available, and rates may be adjusted for complex or specialized work. All payments are processed through Guru SafePay for secure transactions.
Quality Assurance
