I work with hourly engagements or milestone-based fixed-price projects, depending on the scope and level of definition.

Project process:

1. Requirements and expected outcomes are reviewed before development begins.
2. The scope, milestones, estimated timeline, and deliverables are documented.
3. Development progress is shared regularly through concise status updates.
4. Each milestone is presented for review and approval.
5. Source code, documentation, and agreed deliverables are provided upon completion.

Communication:

• Primary communication through Guru messages and WorkRoom
• Video meetings can be scheduled when necessary
• Messages are normally answered within one business day
• Communication is clear, objective, and documented
• Working timezone: Brasília Time (BRT / UTC-3), with reasonable overlap for international clients

Payment:

• All payments must be processed through Guru SafePay
• Fixed-price projects are divided into funded milestones
• Hourly work is tracked and reported transparently
• Additional requirements outside the agreed scope are estimated separately before implementation

Clients must provide the necessary project information, access credentials, assets, and feedback required for delivery. Sensitive credentials should be shared through secure methods and never included directly in public repositories.
