• Proficient in process analysis (identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement), process mapping (SIPOC, business process flow charts, including inputs, outputs, activities, decision points, and dependencies), process improvement (redesign and optimize processes to reduce costs, and improve quality) and process performance measurement (simple and effective KPIs).
• Successfully deployed QMS (ISO 9001), including set up, development, and management of quality manuals, SOPs, step documents, work instructions, best practices, procedures & methods, records, customer feedback, auditing, and performance monitoring & control.
• Proactive in providing instructional design and leadership skills to support the training and development of employees. Thoroughly evaluates programs, methods, and materials to determine the need for improvement.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma “Black belt”, “CSCP”, “PMP”, “Digital Transformation- Master Class”, Bureau Veritas certified internal auditor and practitioner of QMS (ISO 9001), and EMS (ISO14001).
• Possesses good team leadership skills and is certified in “Team building and Effective leadership skills”. Working experience on MS- Dynamics AX ERP, ORION-based ERP (10.6), Infor ERP system, MS-Dynamics CRM, MS-Project, iGrafx, MS-Visio, Minitab, Excel statistical analysis.
