**Hours of Operation**
I'm based in Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5) and work remotely with clients globally. I respond to messages within 1 hour, typically faster. For calls, I can accommodate UK and US morning hours by prior arrangement, message me to find a time that works for both of us.
**Payment Terms**
I prefer clearly scoped, fixed-price engagements agreed before work begins, so you know exactly what you're paying for and I know exactly what I'm delivering. For larger projects, I typically request a deposit before starting, with the balance due on delivery or at agreed milestones. Any work outside the original scope is quoted separately in writing before I begin it, no surprise charges.
**Communication Style**
I keep communication direct and clear: what I've done, what's next, and what I need from you to keep things moving, not vague status updates. I primarily communicate through Guru's messaging system to keep everything documented in one place. I'll flag early if something in a project isn't working rather than waiting until delivery to raise it.
**Revisions**
Each service listing states how many revision rounds are included. Additional rounds beyond that are welcome and quoted separately, just let me know.
