Work Terms

I am available Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (PKT / UTC+5) on weekdays and 10:00 AM – 1:00 AM on Saturdays. My evenings in Pakistan align well with daytime hours in the USA, UK, and Canada — making real-time communication very easy. I respond to all messages within 2–4 hours during these hours.
For payments, I follow a simple milestone-based structure — 30% is due at project start, 40% upon core feature delivery, and 30% on final approval. For projects under $100, full payment at the beginning is preferred. No hidden charges, no surprises — your investment is always tied to real progress. Accepted methods: Guru SafePay, Wise, and Payoneer.
For communication, I keep everything on Guru Messages so all project discussions stay on record. For quick updates I use WhatsApp or Telegram, and I am happy to schedule a free 15-minute Zoom call before hiring. I share regular progress updates throughout the project so you are always informed. I am fluent in both English and Urdu — whichever you prefer.
