Work Terms

Our core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+5). We are flexible and can adjust schedules to accommodate client time zones and urgent project needs.
Communication:
We prioritize transparent and prompt communication through email, video calls (Zoom, Teams), and project management tools (Trello, Jira). Regular progress updates and milestone reviews are provided to keep you informed at every stage.
Payment Terms:
We work on a milestone or hourly basis, depending on project requirements. For fixed-price projects, a 30% upfront payment is required, with the balance released upon agreed milestones or project completion. For hourly contracts, weekly invoicing with detailed work logs is standard.
