Work Terms

I work on a milestone-based structure, meaning the project is broken into clear deliverables and payment is released after each one is approved. A deposit of 30–50% is required before work begins. I use Guru's SafePay system to keep things secure and transparent for both sides.
Every project includes the full source code, a basic README, and up to 3 rounds of revisions. Any bugs or issues within the original scope will be fixed within 7 days of delivery. If new features or changes come up that weren't part of the original agreement, those will be scoped and quoted separately before any work is done.
I typically respond within 24 hours on business days and keep clients updated at every milestone. Third-party API costs such as OpenAI, Twilio, or similar services are the client's responsibility. Hosting and ongoing maintenance are not included by default but can be arranged as a separate package.
If a project is cancelled mid-way, work completed up to that point will be billed and the initial deposit is non-refundable once development has started.
