I am an experienced customer service rep who strives to make companies and customers happy !

I am an expert in all things customer service! I have 8 years experience in successfully handling and solving all customer request, complaints, or questions. I know how to professionally handle all customer interactions, weather it is over the phone, online, or in person. It is very hard to come by good customer service now-a-days, but fortunately I have much training and experience. On top of my expertise in customer service, I have experience in HR and general clerk work- because of these experiences I am very knowledgeable in basic computer applications- word, excel, and PowerPoint. My HR background includes; employee payroll and benefits, new hires, and employee record keeping.
Everything I know and have experience in would be very helpful to someone who is seeking a candidate with top notch customer service and general support skills.

Aside from work- I love spending my free time fishing and playing with my dog! I like living a simple life :)

Work Terms

I currently have an 8-5 day job and want something I could do while I am at work or in the weekends and evenings. I am pretty flexible with everything else!
