Work Terms
Payment: 50% of the total cost is required as a deposit before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project. Acceptable forms of payment include bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card.
Turnaround Time: The estimated turnaround time for a translation project will be provided upon receipt of the source material and will depend on the length and complexity of the document. Rush service is available for an additional fee.
Revisions: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the translation, revisions will be made free of charge, provided the feedback is given within 14 days of receipt of the translated document.
Confidentiality: All information and documents provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without the client's prior written consent.
Intellectual property rights: The translated work will be considered as the property of the client and the translator will not have any rights on it.
Cancellation policy: If the client wishes to cancel the project, a full refund will be issued for any work not yet completed, and any completed work will be billed at an hourly rate.
Liability: The translator will not be held liable for any errors or omissions that may occur due to inaccuracies or errors in the source material.
