Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
Preferred Communication: All project milestones, updates, and feedback are handled directly through this platform's messaging system to ensure clear documentation and efficient project management.
Payment Terms: Standard milestone-based payments via the platform. A 50% initial milestone creation is required before beginning conceptual and design work, with the remaining balance released upon final asset approval.
Revisions & Handover: Every project includes dedicated revision rounds to fine-tune details. Upon completion, you will receive fully organized, industry-standard source files (AI, EPS, high-resolution 4K exports) alongside web-ready display formats.
