Work Terms

Project Scope
All projects will be clearly defined before work begins. Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may require extra time and cost.

2. Payment Terms

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to start the project.
The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion, before final delivery or website launch.
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Project Timeline
Project timelines will be agreed upon in advance. Delays in client feedback, content, or approvals may affect the delivery schedule.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information on time. Clear communication ensures smooth project completion.

5. Revisions Policy
A limited number of revisions (e.g., 2–3 rounds) are included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Website Delivery & Launch
Final files or website access will be provided only after full payment is completed. EsanDev ensures the website functions as agreed at the time of delivery.

7. Maintenance & Support
Post-launch support (if any) will be defined separately. Ongoing maintenance is not included unless agreed upon.

8. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is made, the client owns the final website. EsanDev reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.

9. Cancellation Policy
If a project is canceled after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.

10. Liability
EsanDev is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client-side changes after delivery.
