Work Terms
Work Term: Harold Unabia – Virtual Assistant
Role: Administrative & Creative Virtual Assistant
Work Term Duration: Minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months (extendable based on project needs)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 4 to 8 hours per day (flexible based on client’s time zone and workload)
Start Date: Immediately or upon agreement
Set-up: Fully remote with access to high-speed internet, updated tools, and communication apps
Scope of Services:
Administrative support (calendar management, data entry, document prep)
Project coordination and tracking using Trello, Notion, or ClickUp
Graphic design using Canva (social media posts, documents, presentations)
Short-form video editing using CapCut
Communication and team coordination via MSTeams, Zoom, or Google Meet
Communication:
Available through MSTeams, Zoom, or Viber for real-time updates and check-ins.
