I'm a software engineering graduate from the University of Sindh specializing in AI/ML and full-stack Python development. I completed the SMIT AI & Data Science program and have spent the past year building and actually deploying production-level AI applications, not just prototypes that stay on a laptop.
What I do:
I build systems that take AI from "interesting demo" to "working product." That means RAG-based chatbots that answer accurately from real documents, ML models wired into usable APIs, and full-stack applications with a backend, database, and polished frontend, all deployed and live, not left half-finished.
What I've built:
I've designed and deployed a Pakistani legal information chatbot using hybrid BM25 + vector retrieval with anti-hallucination safeguards, supporting English, Urdu, and Roman Urdu. I built an Islamic finance platform with a RAG chatbot, Zakat calculator, halal stock screener, and a WhatsApp bot integration, including full JWT authentication and mobile-responsive design across every page. I also built an AI resume screening API using NLP and scikit-learn and an on-demand service booking app using React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB as my final-year project.
Across these projects, I've handled the full lifecycle: data/document processing, model or retrieval logic, API design with FastAPI, database persistence, authentication, Docker-based deployment, and debugging real production issues, not just writing code that works in theory.
How I work:
I care about systems that hold up under real use, not just demos. That means thinking through edge cases (What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?). What happens on mobile? What happens when the database needs to persist across redeployments? before a client has to find out the hard way. I communicate clearly, scope realistically, and would rather tell you a timeline is tight than overpromise and deliver something broken.

Work Terms

I respond within 24 hours, typically much faster. I prefer written communication for scoping and requirements (so details don't get lost) and am happy to hop on a call for kickoff or complex discussions. I'll give you honest, realistic timelines rather than telling you what you want to hear.
Working hours:
I am based in Pakistan (PKT / UTC+5), but I work flexible hours to overlap with clients across different time zones, including US and European working hours when needed.
Process:

Share your requirements, documents, existing code, or a description of what you need.
I'll scope the approach, timeline, and any clarifying questions before starting.
For larger projects, I share progress at key milestones rather than going dark until the end.
Final delivery includes working code, deployment (if applicable), and basic documentation so you fully understand your own project going forward.

Payment:
For smaller/fixed-scope work, I prefer milestone-based payment tied to deliverables. For larger projects, an upfront deposit with the remainder split across milestones. Open to discussing terms that work for both sides, especially for longer-term engagements.
Revisions:
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Scope changes beyond the original agreement will be discussed and quoted separately before I start work on them. No surprise charges, no silent scope creep in either direction.
What I ask of clients:
Clear initial requirements (or willingness to work through them with me), timely feedback during review points, and any project materials needed upfront. such as source files for a chatbot or API credentials — to avoid delays.
I treat every project regardless of size as one I want to be proud of and one that earns a strong review. If something isn't working, I'd rather flag it early than let a deadline surprise you.
