I do help my clients to update and improve their Data management system in the Property Preservation business. I have graduated, earned a Bachelors in commerce and would love to live as a Preservation Processor/Updater in the vast Property Preservation field through access to mortgage and real estate industries that drive results; however, At 2012, my beginning career started with the companies I worked for no longer exist currently, Miken Construction llc. (based in Ontario, California), Core-Logic, and IPSNW executed through FieldCom. Then MnM & Safeguard, such an amazing experience. The amount of knowledge I've trained day by day by such company was unbelievable. Specially Miken is a great place to started with. They trained thoroughly understandable of working with Report filling, Bidding, Invoicing and billing clientsm. Time onwards, I have been engaged in the task to speed up the process of errorless faster execution for their work. This definite work has to be executed by exact timely manner, varies in different ways through different and various kinds of software following Bank or Vendors. I have experienced different types of work processes that runs on an application server among of Initial Secures, Additional work request, Conveyance conditions, Sales Clean, Securing, Deed-In lieu, Eviction, Bid approval, Bid request, Maid service, Winterization, Ongoing/Recurring grass cut, Ongoing Snow removal, Ongoing pool service etc. I work in holidays compulsorily & other Festive days if necessary. Specialized in Field Service using the client following applications such as PPW, Pruvan, EZinspection, FieldCom, etc and in the system of MSI, MCS Vendor360, SafeGuard, AFAS, Altisource, Servicelink (Assetshield), Spectrum, M&M, MCS, NFR, Five Brothers, NFN, etc for various Prope
