Work Terms
⏰ Hours of Operation:
Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (EST). Flexible hours for urgent tasks or global time zones can be arranged as needed.
💳 Payment Terms:
Hourly or milestone-based payments via Guru’s SafePay. Invoices will be submitted weekly or upon completion of defined project phases. Open to both fixed-price and retainer models depending on project scope.
📞 Communication Style:
Preferred communication via Guru messages, email, or Telegram for day-to-day updates. Available for scheduled Zoom/Google Meet calls for sprint planning, demos, or retrospectives. Expect prompt and professional responses within 12–24 hours.
