Hours of Operation:
-Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+2)
-Flexible scheduling available for international clients and urgent projects.
Payment Terms:
-50% upfront deposit, 50% upon project completion (or milestone-based payment for larger projects).
-We accept bank transfer, PayPal, major credit cards, and optionally selected cryptocurrencies.
-Additional services or revisions outside the original scope billed separately.
Preferred Communication:
-Email: primary channel for project updates, documentation, and approvals.
-Video calls / Zoom: for kick-offs, demos, and milestone reviews.
-Response Time: Typically within 24 hours on business days, but we are flexible and can respond on weekends if needed.
