Work Terms

AVAILABILITY & COMMUNICATION:
• Working Schedule: Full-time availability (30–40+ hours/week). Flexible schedule covering US (EST/PST) and European (CET) business hours.
• Workflow Style: Async-first workflow. Regular updates provided via structured daily summaries, Git/task management, and short screen recordings (Loom) for visual demonstration and clear tracking.

PAYMENT & MILESTONES:
• Fixed-Price Projects: Escrow-funded milestone payments based on clearly defined deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Hourly Contracts: Accurate time tracking with comprehensive task notes and deliverable proof.

SUPPORT & HANDOVER:
• Includes complete documentation, database schemas/API configs handover, and post-launch support to ensure smooth system operation.
