Work Terms
1. Scope of Services
The Designer agrees to provide the following graphic design services (the "Services") as agreed upon by both parties:
* Logo Design
* Branding and Identity Design
* Marketing Collateral (brochures, flyers, business cards, etc.)
* Website and Digital Design
* Social Media Graphics
* Custom Illustrations
* Other services as mutually agreed upon
2. Timeline and Deliverables
The Designer will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project, which will be mutually agreed upon with the Client. Timely feedback from the Client is necessary for meeting deadlines. Deliverables will include high-quality design files in agreed-upon formats (e.g., .PSD, .AI, .PDF, .JPEG).
**3. Payment Terms**
The Client agrees to pay the Designer the agreed-upon fees for the Services, which may be a fixed price or hourly rate as specified in the proposal. Payment terms are as follows:
