After completing BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Jalandhar, India (2006-2010), I worked in Computer Science Corporation Private India Limited as a Senior Executive Marketing Analyst till 2013.
I started my first venture in 2013: Uberhealth, a concierge service for the senior citizens living away from their children. We were incubated in ISB Hyderabad (www.dlabs.in), and were introduced to the concept of design thinking, which changed my life forever: I learned to listen to my customers and then also to listen beyond what my customer is not able to say in words.
In October 2015, the startup pivoted to CareBuddy and we got accelerated with Start Up Chile Accelerator, receiving a grant of $28,000 USD. During the 6 months of program, I was involved in mentoring start up teams, sharing experiences with University students and conducting workshops. The biggest learning for me was the approach to handle International customers. After, returning from Chile, I continued working on CareBuddy and we pivoted to the current model.

The payment can be based on the work and the results.
