itgeliyor is a software and web solutions company based in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh, building digital products for businesses since 2019. Work Terms
Availability: We work Sunday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (GMT+6), with flexible hours for urgent requests or to overlap with US/UK/EU business hours when a project needs it. We reply to messages within 12–24 hours, usually sooner.
Engagement and pricing: We work fixed-price with clear milestones, hourly, or as a dedicated monthly resource for ongoing work. Payments are handled through Guru's SafePay system for both parties' protection; work begins once a milestone or agreement is funded.
Getting started: Before kickoff, please share your project brief, any existing brand assets (logo, content, references), and any relevant hosting, domain, or API details where applicable. A short discovery chat helps us scope things accurately and avoid surprises later.
Revisions: Each milestone includes an agreed number of revision rounds (typically 2). Extra rounds or changes outside the original brief are quoted separately and agreed before we proceed.
Communication: We primarily communicate through the Guru WorkRoom to keep everything documented, and can also use WhatsApp, Skype, or Zoom for calls when useful. We share progress updates at each milestone rather than going quiet until the end.
Delivery and support: All work is tested before delivery. We include a short free bug-fix window after final delivery for issues within the agreed scope. Ongoing maintenance and support plans are available after launch.
Confidentiality: We're glad to sign an NDA before discussing sensitive project details.
Holidays: We observe standard Bangladeshi public holidays and will flag any that fall within an active project timeline in advance.
