I am Jamelyn B. Bugay, 'The VA Shack' public face. As a competent independent contractor and general virtual assistant, I have experience working as a freelancer in a number of different industries, including social media management, data and inventory management, e-commerce, graphic design, simple video editing, and procurement. I am at ease using a variety of programs and equipment, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Trello, Toggl Tracker, Clockify, Calendly, Airtable, TCS, REVA, Adobe express, and Canva Along with my current client. I'm also getting comfortable with WordPress, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and different social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok. I am also familiar with Shopify and product listing. My primary goal is to satisfy my customers by offering superior and creative service.
I am a goal-oriented type of person. As an Online Professionals, my goal is to submit all my tasks early. I always needed to be assertive because I need to manage my kids and our house while I am doing my assignments and finish them before my deadline. But despite having a strong personality, I needed to be decisive, especially for making a decision on how to manage my time as a trainee and as a mother. I also learned how to become opinionated and purposeful to improve all the skills I needed to improve.
