Work Terms
Operating Hours:
- Available Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT)
- Weekend availability: On request or for urgent projects
- Response time: Within 12–24 hours
Payment Terms:
- Preferred billing: Hourly or milestone-based
- Minimum hourly rate: $7
- Invoicing: Weekly for hourly work / per milestone for fixed-price jobs
- Revisions: Up to 2 rounds included per milestone, unless otherwise agreed.
Means of Communication:
- Primary: Guru messaging system
- Secondary: Email or Zoom (if needed for project clarity)
- Updates: Regular updates per milestone or as agreed
- Timezone: East Africa Time (EAT) – willing to adjust for client needs
