My strategic mindset and data-driven approach played a pivotal role in shaping the Sacco's success. I implemented targeted marketing campaigns and forged strong relationships with key accounts, resulting in a substantial increase in repeat business. In the challenging times of the COVID era, I spearheaded initiatives that not only reduced delinquent loans but also contributed to additional revenue for the company.
Seeking to broaden my horizons, I transitioned to Chancery Wright, a prominent insurance broker with a reputation for excellence. As a Data Analyst, I played a pivotal role in the seamless integration of CRM software and data analytics functions, anticipating a significant boost in sales. My role involved not only crunching numbers but also enhancing customer experience through website administration and integrated marketing activities.
Fueling my passion for continuous learning, I pursued a Certificate in Data Science at Moringa School. Here, I delved deeper into the intricacies of data analytics, machine learning, and deep learning, solidifying my position as a well-rounded data scientist.

Leading a team of six, I initiated the KSL Fingerspelling Recognition project, using computer vision to translate Kenya Sign Language (KSL) finger-spelling to text.
