Through my occupation in Germany & Ireland, I was able to improve my English skills and gain experience in various customer service positions, Google & Facebook in Dublin being two of them.
One of my main duties was answering customer queries, which were related to marketing campaign setups and their aftercare management.
These inquiries came through multiple channels, mainly via Telephone, E-Mail & Chat.
I also gained plenteous knowledge about Dropshipping and eCommerce from a merchant's perspective.
I have worked for an Amazon Store as their "main point of contact" for around 2 years and was responsible for all incoming customer requests.
Additionally, I had to maintain the Shop KPI's to make sure that all Amazon's terms & conditions were followed at all times.
