Work Terms
I always do my best to fulfil my client's needs and meet expectations, but it’s important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what. Throughout the process, there will be a contract in place to let both parties know who should do what and when, and what will happen if something goes wrong (highly unlikely). I will carry out my work in accordance with good industry practice and at the standard expected from a suitably skilled person with relevant experience.
You’ll experience the very best in personal service by having the comfort of one-to-one point of contact with me. So along with all the usual creative services you would expect, if the unexpected comes along, I can handle that too. And I really take the time to explain things in buzz-word free way.
