About

An end to end user experience management professional

I have an 8-year experience in the field of communication. I have worked on several UX related projects in my previous roles. I worked as an internal communicator and designed employee portals, crafted communication strategy and also worked for employee engagement. This gave me a basis for UX oriented design and research. As a journalist, I have had the opportunity to interview people from all walks of life including business leaders, political leaders, eminent personalities and report on various issues that affect a country's economy. This provided me the ability to understand issues from in depth. My varied experience helps me to analyse challenges from different perspectives and present them in a simple and effective manner.

While my work provided me with an experience on UX research and design, my Masters course strengthened my UX fundamentals and opened an avenue to know more about different methodologies.
