Building Sites That Work! Fixing Sites That Don't! Scraping Public Data!

I'm a developer with more than 20 years experience in the creation and management of CMS's and Static websites for business and commercial clients using Joomla, WordPress and I am a Wix Partner as of 2020.

I have extensive experience working with NPO's, Ad agencies (outsourced / contracted) and clients seeking State Wide or National reach.

Last but not least I write Python Scripts for the purpose of scraping public data stores and automating browser tasks and automating browser testing. This includes YouTube, Amazon, New Egg, WebMD, Realtor.com and many others. I can build interactive sessions where data needs to be entered into a single or multipart form(s) and the results returned as usable data.

I sold my Development Studio 10 years ago. I have a lot of experience, creativity and the understanding that your website is a marketing vehicle that works for you non stop 24/7.

My advice to clients 20 years ago is my advice to clients today because it's still that relevant:

Your website should be...
1. Your site should be easy to read
2. Your site should be easy to navigate
3. Your site should be comfortably viewable
4. Your site should be fast loading
5. Your site should be cross platform compatible (browsers and mobile devices)

5 Website Do's...
1. Do keep your content fresh
2. Do target your audience
3. Do use forms and drop downs
4. Avoid dead links and Under Construction pages
5. Always be clear and To The Point

Work Terms

Typical hours of availability are from 9am to 6 pm PST

Payment (SafePay) must be fully funded prior to receipt of deliverable(s) and at the agreed upon milestones.

Please provide as much organized information as possible About Your Project And For Your Project (outline, color scheme, copy, images, font types, logos, etc.).

Rush jobs are subject to additional fees.
