Work Terms

Project Work Terms & Payment

To ensure a high-quality and committed workflow, I operate under the following professional terms:

100% SafePay Funding: A full project deposit into Guru’s SafePay (Escrow) is required before any conceptual or initial sketching begins. This secures the project schedule for both parties.

Milestone-Based Releases:

50% Payment Release: Upon approval of the initial draft or base composition.

50% Payment Release: Upon approval of the final watermarked preview and prior to the delivery of high-resolution files.

Revision Policy: Includes up to 3 rounds of minor adjustments (e.g., color grading, lighting tweaks). Major conceptual changes after initial approval may incur additional fees.

Final Deliverables: Professional-grade files (PSD, PNG, JPEG) will be provided immediately once the final milestone is released.

Commercial Rights: Full intellectual property and commercial usage rights are transferred to the Client upon 100% payment settlement.
