I'm Jennifer Baniqued, previously a Team Lead. Before becoming a Team Lead, I was a subject matter expert and a customer service representative. I have experience with multiple channels like voice, chat, and emails. It is about social media ads so I am well-versed when it comes to Facebook and Instagram ads. Our scope of support ranges from advertisers' inquiries about billing, delivery of their ads, and a little bit of Shops and website coding. As a Team Lead handling newbies, it is also a very important skill that you can finish your admin tasks while providing real-time support to agents. Outside work, I watch Korean dramas, and anime and play mobile games.
