~ Experience Freelancer & Virtual Assistant ~ Over 13 years experience ~ Office Management and Administration ~

Over 13 years experience in all aspects of office administration and management, including acting as PA to the director of numerous companies. I am a 31 year old professional freelancer and virtual assistant working from my home office in East Cheshire, UK.
Proven ability at being a self starter, I do not need hand holding to get a job done. Having worked with small business owners and start up entrepreneurs both in the UK and abroad, I have developed the ability to anticipate the needs of my clients, who are invariably extremely busy; gleaning what is needed from the most hastily written email.
Experience in both project management and as an office manager. Previously I have arranged, organised and overseen a complete office move from one location to another, all of which went smoothly. Responsible for the scheduling and management of 7+ engineers.
Organisation of events, meetings and tasks on more occasions than I can count both whilst working in an office and as a freelancer. A recent example would be helping with the organisation and set up of the Everyman Festival down in Cardiff.
I am used to time pressures and being solely responsible for seeing a project through to completion. I take initiative, problem solve, prioritize and get results. Having experience in both business to business and more consumer orientated roles I am adept at communicating with people on all levels and have a professional, but friendly, manner.
Experience in transcription and in taking dictation, the director for whom I used to work never had time to write emails or letters himself so he would give dictation whilst walking through the office and I would then compose professional e-mails/letters, such was his confidence that he never reviewed my documents.
Experience in web research, sourcing stock, purchases, gifts, holidays, and obtaining quotes.
Extensive data entry and reporting experience. Proficient in Google Calendar, Dropbox and all Microsoft packages.
