I am the blogger for The Lilac Road and an experienced customer service agent with two and a half years experience in that field.
After years of personal blogging, I founded my own blog called The Lilac Road in 2014, a safe online space for young women who seek encouragement, guidance and healing. I regularly post my own writings which range in topics from spirituality to self-love to solo traveling, having recently returned from a four month overseas trip where I traveled to nine countries by myself.
I was active in writing projects in high school, submitting a poem which featured in one of our national newspapers The New Zealand Herald and also interviewing and writing an article on a prominent New Zealand sportsman which featured in a youth magazine.
I am also an experienced customer service agent and have worked in retail, inbound telecommunications and customer service representation for a number of years. My ability to combine empathy, patience and a good sense for people's needs with a positive and problem-solving attitude means I can provide a high standard of support to customers.
I am flexible when it comes to working hours and take deadlines very seriously. I also believe in nothing short of high quality when it comes to my work.
