Availability & Engagement
Flexible Commitment: I am available for both Full-Time (40 hrs/week) engagements and Part-Time (20 hrs/week) specialized projects.
Global Synchronization: I am comfortable working across multiple time zones (including EST, PST, and GMT). I ensure at least a 4-hour crossover window with your local time for live meetings and rapid collaboration.
Communication Style
Asynchronous-First: I provide detailed daily or bi-weekly updates via Slack, Discord, or Jira to keep the project moving without constant meetings.
Transparent Progress: I believe in "showing the work." You will have an entry to a staging environment and regular loom videos/demos of the features as they are built.
Documentation-Driven: Every feature I build comes with clean, documented code and a brief overview of the logic for your team's future reference.
