Hi I'm Jhon Dave, passionate and results-driven professional with over three years of experience in the BPO industry. I have a proven track record in technical support and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to US clients.

In my first role as a Technical Support Representative, I successfully handled customer inquiries and resolved technical issues through effective communication and troubleshooting. This experience allowed me to develop strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide prompt and efficient solutions.

Building on that foundation, I transitioned to the role of Customer Support Technician, where I further honed my customer service expertise. Working with US clients in a business-to-business environment, I managed both inbound and outbound calls and emails. My responsibilities included order management, warranty claims, appointment setting, and logistics coordination. I consistently ensured client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships.

In addition to my full-time roles, I have also gained valuable experience through part-time positions.
