Work Terms

Projects are delivered through clearly defined milestones with agreed scope, schedule, deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Standard availability is Monday through Friday, with project updates provided through the Guru workspace and other client-approved communication channels.

Work begins after the first milestone is funded. Discovery and testing may use synthetic or non-confidential materials before production credentials or customer records are introduced.
