Hi, I’m Jo! I’m an aspiring Virtual Assistant with over a decade of experience in the BPO industry, handling roles in technical support, customer service, and sales. I’ve worked with various clients and companies, supporting everything from POS systems to order tracking, and I’ve developed a knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.

Work Terms

Payment Terms:
My rate is $5–$10 per hour, depending on the scope of work and responsibilities.

I’m comfortable communicating via Gmail, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or whichever platform is most convenient for you. I value clear and consistent communication to keep tasks aligned and on track.
