Work Terms

Hours of Operation I am available Monday to Friday during standard U.S. business hours, with flexibility for overlapping time zones (EST, CST, PST). For critical releases or production issues, I can accommodate extended hours when needed. Communication Clear and consistent communication is a priority. I prefer Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email for daily collaboration, and Zoom/Google Meet for planning and technical discussions. I provide regular progress updates and maintain transparent task tracking through tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp. Project Management & Workflow I am comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. I can also operate independently with milestone-based delivery if the project requires a more autonomous structure. Payment Terms Open to hourly or fixed-price contracts depending on project scope. For fixed-price projects, I prefer milestone-based payments tied to clearly defined deliverables. For long-term engagements, bi-weekly or monthly invoicing works well. Availability Open to both short-term projects and long-term collaborations. I can ramp up quickly and integrate into existing teams or lead new initiatives from architecture to deployment.
