I have been working as an email support specialist for 10 years now. The experience includes me handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 Level of Support to handling a team of 4-8 agents.
My experience and skill ranges from basic secretarial works, basic data entry to doing customer service (email only) to order processing to doing a bit of webmaster jobs like simple wordpress installation via cpanel and some instruction on email marketing using GetResponse. I am experienced in Zendesk, DeskPro and Kayako Helpdesks.
Work Terms
I am available 20-40 hours a week, and prefer payment bi-monthly. Working days is Mondays to Fridays only
