For small projects, I can work from a short written brief and sample files. For larger projects, I prefer phases such as review, first working version, feedback, improvements, and final delivery.
Communication can be done through Guru messages. I aim to provide clear updates with notes, screenshots, or short explanations where useful.
For fixed-price work, milestone payments are preferred. For hourly work, the scope and expected weekly hours should be agreed before work begins.
In most cases, sample files or copied test data are enough to begin safely. Sensitive business information should be removed from sample files where possible.
