My journey began in leadership, where I worked as a Team Leader, guiding and supporting a team to stay on track, hit goals, and thrive under pressure. It taught me how to lead with empathy, make confident decisions, and bring out the best in those around me.

Now, I work as a Customer Support Specialist and Virtual Assistant, providing reliable, responsive support in a remote setting. I handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, manage admin tasks, and keep things running smoothly — all with a calm, solutions-focused mindset. My background in leadership helps me stay proactive and organized, even in fast-paced or high-volume environments.

What do I value most? Trust, communication, and follow-through. I believe in doing things right — not just quickly, but with care. Clients and colleagues know they can count on me to step up, stay accountable, and deliver results.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of music, a good Netflix series, and spending time with family and friends. I’m also always learning — from tools and tech to new ways to improve my workflow and work ethic.

At the heart of it, I love helping people. Whether I’m leading a team or answering support tickets, I bring the same energy: dedication, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose.

Work Terms

8- hour work and pay every 2 weeks
