Work Terms
I offer both hourly and fixed price engagements depending on the nature and scope of the project. For smaller tasks and ongoing virtual assistant work an hourly rate is most suitable, while for defined projects a fixed price will be agreed upon before work begins.
Project timelines vary depending on the complexity of each project and a clear schedule will be established during our initial discussion. I am committed to meeting all agreed deadlines and will communicate proactively if any adjustments are needed. Rush delivery is available for urgent projects and can be discussed on a case by case basis.
I work on a milestone based structure where the project is broken into clear phases and compensation is released at the completion of each agreed milestone. This ensures full accountability and smooth progress on both sides throughout the project.
Revisions are included within the agreed project scope and any additional work outside the original scope will be discussed and priced separately. Post delivery support is also provided to ensure everything works as expected after handover.
