I am a self employed Personal Trainer with over 5 years experience and with over 25 years experience dealing with obesity. My extensive experience providing tailored functional strength and body conditioning training.I have a passion in helping others and with creating my own successful Personal Training business. I have the experience and credentials to help you keep your business successful by being that Vitural Assistant. If its support you need in your personal life with health and fitness I can be there for you. If its lead generation, appointment setting, closing your Dale's, or any of those aspects you feel overwhelmed with let me be the one you turn to.

I was introduced to a strong work ethic very early in life. My parents were very hard workers to provide their children a a good life for their children. My father did not believe in child labor laws so by the time we could walk he always had something for us to do. My father and mother were entrepreneurs in their own right. I so looked up to my dad because I was always so impressed how this man who knew no English with a 3rd grade education could be so successful no matter what line of work he chose to do. I guess a successful man has a strong women behind him lead true to my parents. This is why I think I been successful in areas of work I have chosen to do. This is why being a Vitural Assistant appeals to me so much it gives me the opportunity to and help others in so many different aspects. The personal training gives me a satisfying feeling that I can help others just by sharing my story. Losing 210 lbs is one of my if not my greatest achievements for I did it all on my own. I trained and educated myself and becoming licensed and certified in so many different areas of health and fitness. My personal education from Marquette university having not only that Jesuit education but having the education from my loving parents has made me the person I am today.

Work Terms

I am available usually Sunday through Sunday hours vary but flexibility is key. I'm not married or have children except for my dogs which are always my life. I'm a fast learned so if a task is unknown I educate myself quickly. Bring fluent in Spanish always helps. My hourly rate differs upon projects but just as in my personal training business I charge from $1.00 to $2.00 a minute. My expertise but not limited to personal training, lead generation, tele-sales, marketing, specializing in healthcare, financial services/industry, water distribution, banking, and I am a licensed certified sports massage therapist. Certified Personal Trainer,, Certified in 23 fitness excuse classes. I do not indulge in contracts I strongly believe in my work ethic and in my experiences. If someone doesn't feel that they are getting their investment from my services I believe in a easy exit. I do charge for services prior to agreeing to the project or services. We approximatel the amount of time needed and once we reach that limit we can then continue with services or end them. If your investment was for example 30 hours and it only took 20. The remaining hours will go on reserve until the next services needed. No refund is given for the remaining hours.
